2016 Underhill Shiraz
Heady black plum fruits and pretty violet aromatics interlaced with liquorice spice and nettle undergrowth. The heavier clay-based soils produces wine dark fruits and spice, chewy tannins creating the framework to support the fruit and savoury undertones.
