2016 Carrodus Shiraz
Medal One
Medal Two
Pretty violet perfume, blue and black fruits and cured meats. The palate has beautiful density of fruit, liquorice spices and a slate-graphite minerality. A gentle framework of charry oak tannins balanced with the fruit surround the intense fruit flavour and layered texture.
